Why You Need A Couples Shoot.

Taking pictures with your boo is not always easy for folks. It means showing Public Displays of Affection to an almost stranger (me) and just generally being in front of a camera is not easy for most folks. However, I strongly recommend casual couples photoshoots because they are not just so much fun, but they offer an opportunity to practice being center stage together.

Couples portraits are a unique date night; a random third person is there taking pictures of you kissing. However, your session can be anything you want! It can be documenting baking together, or riding bikes together, whatever it is you two love to do, let’s shoot it! Capturing you and your lovebug doing something enjoyable will only bring out the best in both of you and make the cutest pictures - and memories!

More importantly, couples portraits give everyone an opportunity of a rehearsal. One day, you will be engaged and you may want to have a photographer there, and then next you’ll get married and you will definitely want to have a wedding photographer. You don’t want you first experience with a professional photographer to be at your wedding. Give yourself and your partner the practice of having your photos taken together, learn what it feels like to have your love captured forever, and discover what it is you like from your photographer and their work. Practice makes for the perfect gallery!
